After years tearing around the fast lanes of London and Sydney, we swapped the gridlock for sea breezes and the cruisy pace of Tuncurry — a place packed with charm, character, and a strong sense of community. With decades in hospitality under our belts, landing here was no happy accident. We came with a mission: to help fire up Tuncurry’s social scene, pour our love for craft beer and good food into every glass and plate, and bring back the lost art of proper, good-old-fashioned service.

The dream? Not just a brewery, but a welcoming local hangout where everyone — from salty-haired locals to weekend wanderers — feels right at home.

Meet Tony — the legend behind the Brews

With nearly a decade of brewing under his belt and a trophy shelf full of national and international medals, Tony’s beers don’t just taste great — they win big. He snagged a Bronze at the 2022 World Beer Cup for his mid-strength Pale Ale, then followed it up with a Silver in 2023 for his English Bitter.

As our brewmaster, Tony brings his award-winning touch to every recipe on tap. From crisp and easy-drinking to bold and bitter, he’s helped shape a lineup that locals love and beer lovers travel for.
